I’m sorry I have not updated for a while, but I have been a little busy lately.( ya think?) Sherry is doing very well and has had no problems so far. She is in “step-down” and is walking laps in the hallway several times a day and the doctors seem to be pleased, but are pushing for more laps. Her attitude is very good and knows the more she walks the sooner she gets to go home. Thank you for your continued prayers for her and I read all the comments to her. I will try to update the blog sooner next time.
Great news!! We were anxious for an update. Please give Sherry a big hug from us.
ReplyDeleteYeah, we are all anxious to hear updates, but we understand how busy you must be. So glad to hear she is doing well. Prayers to you both.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely the best news I have heard. I know Sherry will continue to work hard to regain her strength. Thanks for sharing your courage and resolve with the rest of us.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear Sherry is doing well. You are doing great with the postings, keep it up! Inquiring minds and caring friends want to know! :-)
ReplyDeleteI got so excited when I saw your post pop up. Way to go Sherry. Keep up the great work. Prayers and hugs. Your fur babies are sure looking forward to seeing you come home.

ReplyDeleteWhat great news, Charley! I am so happy for you and Sherry. Tell her that many are thinking about her. You've done an excellent job with the blog! Have you been talking about where the two of you are going once Sherry is out of the hospital with her new-found energy?
ReplyDeleteCharley, we were so looking forward to this update! What great news-give Sherry our best. We'll continue to look forward to the updates. You take care of yourself and the pups as well. Ya'll be ready for a vacation soon!
ReplyDeletePerfect! That's the news I'm sure we all were waiting to here. I'm sure it won't be long before you're both out walking some trails and taking a few hikes.
ReplyDeleteGood job, Sherry. Keep doing those laps and you'll be home in no time.
ReplyDeletegreat news..keep on walking those halls, Sherry!!!
ReplyDeleteWear out the floor with your walks Sherry! Those fur babys are eagerly awaiting your return.
ReplyDeleteSherry - well done!! Keep it up! I know it is hard sometimes to get walking but believe me, it is well worth it. I attribute a major portion of my progress so far to becoming not only mobile as soon as possible but with that mobility, strength. Not only the physical strength but the strength of accomplishment. One foot after the other, but don't overdo. You both are in my thoughts and heart. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update Charley. I think the fact that you ever found time to do one is admirable :) Please give Sherry our best and tell her to walk and walk and walk. It's a miracle drug and she'll heal much faster.
ReplyDeleteSounds great, keep those laps coming:)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Charley for the update. Another one of our prayers answered. Please pass on our love to Sherry!

So happy to hear all is well. We don't have very good reception where we are so I haven't been posting, but do manage to read blogs occasionally. Was so happy to learn that Sherry has a new set of lungs and is doing well. Praying for her continued healing...God bless!
