I graduated from my 23 day pulmonary rehab program yesterday. Received a diploma and everything!! I must say I am very proud of myself because I never thought I would be able to do this and be totally successful.
Starting Monday I will begin the graduate program at Duke’s fitness center and will be doing this until at least March 7 or 8. Could be longer depending on what they tell us during my appointments on March 7.
Charley and I will be able to exercise together starting Monday for all but the floor exercise. That will still be an organized session. I will be on my own for the others (weights, bike and walking).
We are planning a nice, relaxing weekend. The hardest thing we are planning to do is cook.
We hope that you all have a wonderful weekend too. Thanks for stopping by!
Congrats!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy a restful week-end

ReplyDeleteThank you Rick!! Hopefully it will go as well as the first phase.
DeleteYou are doing so great. How wonderful. And being able to "compete" with Charley should give you lots more incentive to keep going. Congrats and keep up the great work.
