Grand Teton National Park

We took a road trip through the Grand Teton National Park today and also visited Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This park and the Tetons are absolutely gorgeous!! We saw a couple of moose with babies, a herd of elk and a bika (a large rodent). This little guy was running along the side of the road. This was a very enjoyable tour.

We stopped at a lodge in the park for a burger and fries for lunch. Needless to say we will not do that again. The cost was $19.40!! The burgers were good but not THAT good.

We have joined NetworkedBlogs on Facebook. You bloggers out there may want to consider doing the same if you are using Facebook. 4. John was born at Fort Robinson near Crawford, Nebraska. He and our son Tim were out there this spring and John says if you can get there you would love the scenery. It was a military base when John was born but is now a Nebraska State Park. Sounds like you are having a great time and living your dream. Way to go. John and Frances. John also says that camper will fit on our farm, with an electric hookup from the barn.
